Hi there. “Bonjour à tous”. The team and I have lived on the French Riviera for many years. Some of us were born here. Some of us settled down here a few years ago just like myself. One of the main reasons for us to be here is of course the sun and the climate, like we’ve mentioned in a previous video, and everybody knows that. But also the region in general. Let me give you an example. Now we’ve speculated a lot about Nice. This is where we all live. But to the West of Nice, there are also some great coastal towns just like “Antibes”, which is a port town with a predominant anglophone community and “Cagnes sur Mer”. “Cagnes sur Mer” has some great walks and a lot of history. To the East of Nice, we have a multitude of very small villages and coastal towns as well. Like “Villefranche sur Mer”, let me get this right, “Beaulieu sur Mer”, “Beausoleil”, “Eze”,… and I’m sure I’m missing a few. Not only do these places contain breathtaking panoramic sea views and hill side views, they’re also very easily accessible by train by car if you have one. And of course there’s also, if you weren’t aware already, a lot of worldwide celebrities but we’ll let you Google them to find them out. [Elton John! – shouts Stefan] Yes! There’s Elton John. [Bono! – suggests Stefan] and there’s Bono! Ok. Let’s let them do all the searching.
