The STRO Cos. has promoted Elliot Ferris to senior director of leasing and acquisitions.
Ferris, previously STRO’s director of leasing, joined the Ridgewood-based firm in April 2021. He will continue to spearhead leasing initiatives for the company, while searching for industrial properties in northern New Jersey as part of his new acquisitions role.
“We are thrilled to have Elliot step into this position and drive growth for our firm,” said Jeff Pandolfo, STRO’s chief operating officer.
The company, which oversees real estate for the Millstein family office, announced the promotion on Tuesday, touting Ferris’ years of leasing experience, market knowledge and longstanding relationships in New Jersey and across the country.
“I’m extremely grateful to Steven Millstein and Jeff Pandolfo for the opportunity to help grow our firm and expand our footprint in the Northeast,” Ferris said. “I look forward to working with the New Jersey real estate community in 2024 on sourcing more acquisitions and lease transactions going forward.”
