The owner of a two-building medical office portfolio in Union and Burlington counties has tapped Lee & Associates New Jersey as its leasing agent for the properties.
Erica Davidson, a vice president based in the firm’s Morris County office, is representing Landmark Healthcare Facilities LLC in the assignment at 200 Williamson St. in Elizabeth and 6 Earlin Ave. in the Browns Mills section of Pemberton. She noted that the Elizabeth property, a new addition to the Trinitas Regional Medical Center campus, spans 46,200 square feet and has availabilities of up to 4,200 square feet, while the Browns Mills location is a 61,500-square-foot, mixed-use building on the Deborah Heart & Lung Center campus with availabilities ranging from 1,000 to 8,287 square feet.
“We are thrilled to represent and work on behalf of Landmark to market 200 Williamson St. and 6 Earlin Ave,” Davidson said. “These are premier, state-of-the-art buildings designed to meet the highest standards of medical care. At both properties, a build-to-suit option allows prospective tenants to customize suites to meet their exact business needs and specifications.”
In a news release, the brokerage team said 200 Williamson St. provides users with quick access to major highways, public transportation and Newark Liberty International Airport. The existing tenant roster includes primary care and internal medicine practices, a women’s center, a pediatric center and a dialysis clinic.
The Burlington County property, meantime, has public transportation and major roadways nearby, the news release said. Co-tenants include an ambulatory surgery center, a retail pharmacy, an outpatient diagnostic imaging center, an ophthalmology clinic, a sleep center, a women’s center and an urgent care clinic.
Tenants at both sites receive what Davidson described as a generous tenant improvement allowance and professional ownership and management from the national full-service developer. Additionally, she said, tenants receive an ownership interest in the buildings at no cost.
