The owner of a Teaneck office building has signed three new leases totaling more than 7,500 square feet, in a series of newly announced deals by CBRE.
According to the brokerage team, which represents ownership at 1086 Teaneck Road, the commitments include a 3,391-suare-foot transaction with Camp Ramah in the Berkshires. The company, which will house its summer camp operations on part of the fifth floor, is relocating to the 64,000-square-foot Carriage Four Office Center from 25 Rockwood Place in Englewood.
Meantime, Justbabyteeth Pediatric Dentistry took 2,316 square feet on the third floor, while Revive by Carolina leased 1,832 square feet on the fourth floor. The latter, a personal aesthetics services provider, will relocate from 1323 Anderson Ave. in Fort Lee.
CBRE’s Randy Eigen represented ownership, Carriage IV Office Center LLC, noting that the asking rent for the deals was $26 per square foot. Robert Tessa of Hometown Property Group brokered the lease with Camp Ramah in the Berkshires, while Nick Yanakas of Carr Healthcare Real Estate represented Justbabyteeth.
CBRE added that the building has 5,962 square feet of contiguous space on the top floor immediately available, with signage opportunities for a single user.
“These three new office leases speak to the allure of the property, the fact that the building can accommodate business and medical offices, and the ownership’s commitment to tenant services,” said Eigen, a first vice president with CBRE. “We currently have one (roughly) 6,000-square-foot and one 5,000-square-foot office space available on the fifth floor that are highly attractive for a single tenant but divisible, with another 2,100 square feet on the second floor becoming available over the next eight months.”
