The owner of a mixed-use building in Mahwah is welcoming two new office tenants after recent leases totaling more than 13,000 square feet, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced.
In the larger deal, Wimas Sales LLC committed to 10,170 square feet at 575 Corporate Drive, a two-story 144,570-square-foot property just west of Route 17. The company will use the space, which it’s leasing from Zohar Zisapel Properties Inc. and Radbit Computers Inc., to operate an auto parts distribution business.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the owners of the office, warehouse and storage complex, touting its quick access to area highways and more than 400 parking spots spaces. They also did so in a 3,200-square-foot lease with Lime Line Operations LLC, which operates a mobile health care, medical staffing and ambulance service.
“575 Corporate Drive is a dynamic multipurpose space in a desirable location,” Lizzack said. “As location consistently remains one of, if not the most important element in the current real estate market, properties like this will continue to draw attention and put landlords in an advantageous position to capitalize on this demand.”
