The Meadowlands Chamber has recognized three brokers with NAI James E. Hanson as part of its recent Emerging Leaders program, the real estate services firm announced.
The honorees from the Teterboro-based team include associate vice presidents Lorenzo Lambiase, William Ericksen and Cameron Silverstein, all of whom are under 30, according to a news release. They were among those highlighted at the chamber’s BizFest ’23 event held at American Dream in East Rutherford in mid-May.
“Lorenzo, William and Cameron have all taken tremendous strides since joining our firm in 2019,” said William C. Hanson, president of NAI James E. Hanson. “Their recognition as emerging leaders from the Meadowlands Chamber is a testament to their hard work and dedication to their craft. We’re extremely proud to have them as members of our team and look forward to their continued success.”
NAI Hanson said that, since joining the firm, Lambiase has solidified himself as a specialist within the increasingly competitive northern New Jersey industrial real estate market, working on a team that includes Kenneth Lundberg and Patrick Lennon. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties, having earned a promotion to associate vice president last September.
Ericksen, who focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of industrial and office buildings, works on a team led by Scott Perkins and Christopher Todd, the news release said. He provides brokerage services to local users and owners and advisory services to investors, international organizations and institutional clients, while he was named an associate vice president last October.
Silverstein, meantime, works alongside Michael G. Walters in NAI Hanson’s corporate services group. The firm said he has honed his expertise by analyzing the national and local data needed to complete complex transactions across various sectors, adding that he was named an associate vice president last September.
NAI Hanson is a longtime member of the Meadowlands Chamber, as are more than 1,100 company members across the region. The organization recognized 50 Emerging Leaders from member companies as part of its year-long 50th anniversary celebration.
