Hudson Atlantic Realty has bolstered its multifamily brokerage unit with three recent additions to its team and a growing transaction pipeline.
The firm, which is based in Matawan, noted that Sales Associate Nick Favorito has closed $30 million in sales since joining the division in 2021. He’s part of a growing team that also includes Dante Fusaro, who joined the company 18 months ago, and Ben Susskind, who came aboard this year.
All three work under Adam Zweibel, Hudson Atlantic’s managing partner.
“As Hudson Atlantic Realty’s multifamily division expands, the addition of talented brokers like Nick Favorito, Dante Fusaro and Ben Susskind reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional results,” the firm said in a news release. “Their remarkable achievements and dedication to their craft contribute to the continued success and growth of the organization. With a solid team and a focus on excellence, Hudson Atlantic Realty is poised to make an even greater impact in the investment real estate market.”
Favorito’s recent deals include the $14.7 million sale of a 26-unit apartment building in downtown Madison, which he brokered with Zweibel, as the firm noted that his “dedication, industry knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills have positioned him as an invaluable asset within Hudson Atlantic Realty’s multifamily division.” Fusaro, for his part, joined the team from Monmouth University and “has displayed a keen understanding of the industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.”
Hudson Atlantic added that Susskind arrived in March after transitioning from corporate media sales to pursue his passion for real estate.
“With his diverse background and strong sales acumen, Susskind is poised to become a top broker in Hudson County,” the firm wrote. “His enthusiasm, coupled with a customer-centric approach, promises great success in his new venture.”
