The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association has installed its newest slate of board officers, with plans for continued expansion of its networking and educational platform.
According to the organization, Ryan Tiger of Punia Co. will serve as board president for the 2023-2024 term, succeeding Jeffrey Greif of First American Title Insurance Co. The new officers also include Kurt Kalafsky of Aztec Corp. as vice president, Lorenzo Lambiase of NAI James E. Hanson as secretary and Bree Manchanda of CRE Solutions LLC as treasurer.
IOREBA, which has more than 200 members, installed the new board on July 17 at its 54th annual golf and tennis outing at the Morris County Country Club in Morris Township.
“Our annual golf outing is an all-day event where our members meet to enjoy a relaxing day of golf, tennis and networking,” Tiger said. “I am pleased to be able to serve as president of one of the best commercial real estate organizations in the area. We have a great team of board officers that are dedicated to creating opportunities for our members. We have many plans for the upcoming year that includes expanding our event offerings that provide networking opportunities and educational programs to membership.”
Other activities at the outing included putting contests and a networking and dinner reception followed by prizes, a 50/50 drawing and a raffle giveaway.
