The STRO Cos. has named a new managing director of acquisitions and capital markets to support its expansion beyond the Garden State.
In a news release, the Ridgewood-based firm said Albert Fitch joins its team with years of national acquisition and private equity experience. He most recently was a managing director with TSCG Investors, where he was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of the firm’s portfolio, and previously held positions at RAM Real Estate Capital and PwC.
Fitch also served six years with the United States Coast Guard.
“Albert will be a great addition to STRO,” said Steven Millstein, the firm’s founder and principal. “He brings vast institutional experience in acquiring assets on a national scale. Albert will be a crucial member in expanding our platform in Florida and recreating the success we have had in northern New Jersey.”
Fitch, a Connecticut resident, earned a master’s in real estate from New York University and an undergraduate degree in finance and economics from Fairfield University.
“I am honored to assume this role and filled with a strong sense of optimism for the future,” Fitch said. “I am excited about collaborating with the highly skilled STRO team to further enhance the platform and look forward to seizing the opportunities that await us.”
