Adidas has renewed a lease for 599,152 square feet of industrial space in Indianapolis. The athleticwear and footwear company utilizes the space at 8677 Logo Athletic Court in Indianapolis, Ind., as a finishing facility.
The property, which is owned by Link Logistics, is situated on Indianapolis’ east side, along the primary east-west Interstate 70 logistics corridor. Adidas stamps, presses, stores and distributes screen-printed sport apparels for sports teams, ranging from professional to amateur, at the Indianapolis site.
Colliers’s Indianapolis office represented both landlord and lessee, with Jason Speckman representing Link Logistics, while Jimmy Cohoat, Andrea Hopper and Billy Powers represented Adidas.

Last year, Germany-based Adidas leased office space at Brookfield Properties’ California Market Center in Los Angeles, as the property’s anchor tenant. The company opened its first U.S. production plant in Atlanta in 2017.
More recently, Link Logistics sold a 260,000-square-foot distribution center in Jacksonville, Fla., for $31.1 million.
Indianapolis industrial sector grows
Industrial sales in the Indianapolis metro exceeded $1.1 billion in 2022, as of November, representing the second-highest figure in the region, according to CommercialEdge data. The city also boasts one of the lowest vacancy rates in the U.S. at 2.5 percent. At the end of 2022, there were 22.8 million square feet of industrial assets in the pipeline, according to the same data.
Early this year, ITS Logistics opened a 700,000-square-foot warehouse at its campus in Whitestown, Ind., in the Indianapolis metro.
