An apparel and accessories company has leased 4,000 square feet of industrial space in the Bergen County borough of Dumont, according to a broker with NAI James E. Hanson.
The tenant, NaNa Collections LLC, plans to use the space at 69-75 Armour Place for storage and to support its distribution operations, NAI Hanson said. It’s relocating from Pompton Lakes, in a deal that brings the 17,500-square-foot building to full occupancy.
NAI Hanson’s Jessica Curry represented both the landlord, KY & JE LLC, and the tenant.
“I am proud to have helped the landlord and the tenant reach a mutually beneficial deal to support their respective business goals,” Curry said. “The tenant will reap the benefits of this well-located space and the landlord will welcome a growing business to their property to bring it up to 100 percent occupancy. I wish both parties continued success as we head in the new year.”
In a news release, NAI Hanson said 69-75 Armour Place is a two-story industrial flex building with 10,000 square feet of industrial space on the first floor and 7,500 square feet of office space on the second floor. The facility has ceiling heights of nearly 13 feet and a shared tailgate, while it provides tenants with easy access to several area highways and to New York City via the George Washington Bridge.
