The site of a 5,600-square-foot industrial building in Scotch Plains has changed hands for the second time in a year, in a deal arranged by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage firm represented the seller in the transaction at 801 Jerusalem Road, citing its location near routes 22 and 28, the Garden State Parkway and other thoroughfares. South Avenue Holdings purchased the building — which has 1,600 square feet of office space, 16-foot ceiling heights, one drive-in door and 20 parking spaces — for $1.26 million.
BRC Vice President Jeffrey Goldfinger completed the deal on behalf of 801 Jerusalem Road LLC. Public records show the building last changed hands in January 2023.
