Housing prices in the Inland Northwest are finally starting to level off but that doesn’t mean that home prices are going down.
Jacquelynne Sandoval has been a realtor in Spokane for nearly five years. She witnessed first-hand some of the market trends in the area.
“Housing is a simple supply and demand situation,” said Sandoval. “So as the demand goes up, that’s tend to where we’re going to have a little bit higher prices.”
