Brookfield Properties has picked The Blau & Berg Co. to secure a tenant for a 4.2-acre industrial parcel in Jersey City.
In a news release, the brokerage team said the site at 530 Duncan Ave. includes a 19,440-square-foot terminal with 36 doors and an office. It also provides users with a location off Route 440 and quick access to Manhattan, Newark Liberty International Airport, Port Newark-Elizabeth and the New Jersey Turnpike.
Blau and Berg’s Jason Crimmins, Alessandro (Alex) Conte and Peter Murano working on the assignment with Brookfield Properties’ Kyle McGrady, industrial asset manager.
“The site can be utilized for (industrial outdoor storage), (less than truckload), ecommerce or other logistic purposes,” said Crimmins, Blau & Berg’s president. “It is five miles from the Port of Newark and within close proximity to the Global Terminal, and will be available summer of 2024.”
