The owner of more than 30,000 square feet of commercial space in Lodi has appointed Weiss Realty as its broker, seeking a buyer for the 1.76-acre property.
Located at 130 Gregg St., the site is minutes from Interstate 80 and Route 17, providing quick access to the region’s vast highway network. That serves as a key benefit to an industrial property that is zoned for retail, making it adaptable for uses such as logistics, fulfillment, warehousing and showroom space.
Weiss Realty’s Matthew Weiss is leading the assignment at the 30,420-square-foot building, which has 50 parking spaces. He noted that it currently serves as a luxury retail and wholesale showroom for vintage and luxury autos.
“The property’s multiuse potential, combining retail space and warehouse space, is rarely found in such a tight market,” Weiss said. “We are excited to bring this rare opportunity to the market and help our client secure the sale.”
