A new cannabis dispensary has leased 8,600 square feet at a freestanding retail building in the Evesham section of Marlton, in a deal arranged by Rose Commercial Real Estate.

The operator, QR Financial LLC, is slated to open in April under a business known as Rooted of Evesham. It’s leasing the space at 850 Route 70 West under a lease with Kloss Organization LLC, Rose Commercial said, noting that the property search was time-sensitive in that it was necessary to secure local approvals.

Brett Davidoff, a senior vice president with the brokerage firm, represented both parties.
