A card and game shop has leased 2,500 square feet at a Flemington retail center, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Thursday.
According to a news release, the property at 257 Route 202 is now at full occupancy after the commitment by Koros Wargames LLC. The business, which BRC described as a tabletop, board, card and role-playing game shop, joins co-tenants Boni Auto Tire, Kick Quest, First Choice Aquatics and the Tile Store.
Steve Bussel, the firm’s president, joined vice presidents Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek in representing the landlord, 257 Route 202 LLC, and the tenant. They noted the property, which spans 20,000 square feet, sits directly off Route 202 and near major national retailers and outlet centers.
