CBRE has promoted highly regarded industrial broker Kevin Dudley to vice chairman, the highest rank for advisory and transaction professionals within the company.
Dudley, who is based in Saddle Brook, joined the firm in 2010 and has represented a host of high-profile owners and tenants throughout the region. That’s helped him rank as a top producer for the company in recent years while being recognized for his role in several award-winning deals in New Jersey.
“It is a great honor to announce the promotion of Kevin Dudley to vice chairman,” said Jeffrey Hipschman, senior managing director of CBRE’s New Jersey operations. “This is the highest level of recognition for CBRE advisory professionals and marks a major milestone in Kevin’s career as he becomes one of the youngest professionals at CBRE to earn this promotion.
“This is a career defining accomplishment and reflects the amazing work Kevin has accomplished on behalf of our company and his clients.”
The firm noted that Dudley is the co-chair of the CBRE Tristate Black Excellence Group, a member of the firm’s global supply chain practice and its ports and integrated logistics group. He’s also an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and was named to the 2021 Colbert Coldwell Circle for CBRE’s top 3 percent producers nationally, inking more than $2.3 billion in transactions.
Additionally, Dudley has been part of the teams for NAIOP New Jersey Deal of the Year awards in 2020, 2019 and 2016.
“I’m honored to achieve the role of vice chairman at CBRE,” Dudley said. “My personal success is largely reflective of the team of top professionals I have had the pleasure of working with during the last 14 years at the firm, and I look forward to applying the same combination of market knowledge, analytics, enthusiasm and creativity to my new role within the company. I personally would like to acknowledge and offer my appreciation to my clients for their partnership throughout my career.”
Dudley has arranged millions of square feet of large deals on behalf of top owners such as Ares, Bridge Development, Bridge Industrial Group, Brookfield Properties, CenterPoint, Dermody Properties, Everwest Industrial Partners, Faropoint, Link Logistics, PGIM, Greek Development and Prologis, among others. He’s done the same for tenants such as AAA, Armani, Boxzooka, Blue Apron, Coach, Garden State Cold Storage, JW Logistics, KW International, Michael Kors, Under Armour, United Airlines, Victoria’s Secret and Volkswagen.
In addition to his work at CBRE, Dudley is a board member of the Children’s Museum of the East End and the William Paterson Cotsakos College of Business Advisory Council.
