The owner of a new 18-unit apartment building in Jersey City has hired Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management to spearhead its operation of the property.
Located at 306 Bergen Ave., the building includes six units that are priced for lower-income renters thanks to the federal HOME Program, according to a news release from the newly appointed property manager. As part of the requirements, the builder has added a community room specifically designed for use by a church at no cost for a contracted period.
The project has redeveloped a series of parcels at the Kearny Avenue intersection. Residents, meantime, are within walking distance of NJ Transit’s Hudson-Bergen Light Rail.
