After a record 2023, Cresa New Jersey in Rutherford is ready for an upgrade.
The occupier-focused advisory firm announced its new office at 301 Route 17 N. March 14, as well as expansions to its team. The move keeps Cresa in the same town while doubling its footprint. The firm said it signed a long-term lease for a fully renovated, 4,465-square-foot space.
Cresa also introduced two new team members: Senior Vice President Garrett Rioux and Principal Dennis McConnell.
“In the past few years we have grown from three to 12 people, and added industry-respected professionals who are experts in a variety of asset categories, including office, life sciences and health care,” said Managing Principal Dennis Gralla. “The result has not only been a dynamic increase in transactions, but it has also helped attract new talent.”
According to the announcement, earnings were up by 48% in 2023 for Cresa New Jersey. Looking ahead, the firm said as its market share and portfolio both continue to grow, it anticipates more additions to the team in this year, and beyond.
Managing Director Jonathan Marks leads the Rutherford office with Gralla.
“We have an incredible team and welcome Garrett Rioux, who joins us from CBRE, and Dennis McConnell, formerly an executive vice president at JLL,” Marks commented. “It is this caliber of talent and focused expertise that continue to bring in new clients and maintain well-established relationships.”
Cresa was previously located at 201 Route 17 N. The company has an additional Garden State location in Princeton.
