Cresa’s New Jersey office has relocated to 301 Route 17 North, Rutherford, NJ, doubling its space. The move coincides with the addition of two senior brokers, Garrett Rioux as senior vice president, and Dennis W. McConnell as principal, joining the team led by managing principals Dennis Gralla and Jonathan Marks. They secured a long-term lease for a renovated 4,465-square-foot suite close to their previous location.
“In the past few years, we have grown from three to twelve people, and added industry-respected professionals who are experts in a variety of asset categories, including industrial office, life sciences, and healthcare,” says Gralla “The result has not only been a dynamic increase in transactions, but it has also helped attract new talent.”
With rising market share and portfolio business, the office plans to expand its occupier-focused team in 2024. Operating in New Jersey for over 25 years, Cresa’s leadership, including Gralla and Marks, offers advisory, transactional, and project management services across 21 primary submarkets.
