Leasing is underway at a new 170-unit luxury apartment property in Long Branch, in a new addition to the city’s fast-growing stock of upscale housing along its coastline.
Known as Ocean Gate, the two-building complex at 30 Ocean Blvd. is a short walk from the beach and includes a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. It also has a host of amenities that its developer says will blur the lines between housing and hospitality, including a heated pool and sundeck, a tiki bar, cabanas and private grilling and dining areas, while residents will have free beach chair concierge service during the summer months.
Its developer, Ocean Cooper Revitalization LLC, is leasing the property alongside The Marketing Directors. Monthly rents start from the low $3,000s, including incentives.
“We are excited to introduce Ocean Gate to the Long Branch community and beyond,” said Steven Silverman, partner of Ocean Cooper Revitalization. “This stunning property represents a vision of beach living that blends architectural excellence, modern interiors, and a harmonious blend with nature. Ocean Gate is not just a place to live — it’s an invitation to experience the coastal dream. We’re proud to bring this extraordinary community to life.”
Designed by Monteforte Architectural Studio LLC, Ocean Gate also has an expansive clubhouse with a resident lounge, a party room with a catering kitchen and co-working spaces, along with fitness-focused amenities such as a high-end fitness center and pickleball and volleyball courts, according to a news release. Residents, meantime, will be minutes from a host of eateries, shops, parks and beachfront destinations throughout Long Branch and Monmouth County, including the acclaimed Pier Village property that is just south of Ocean Gate.
Nearby mass transit options include SeaStreak commuter ferry service out of Highlands and NJ Transit rail service at the agency’s Long Branch station.
“Ocean Gate is a remarkable addition to Long Branch, offering residents an opportunity to immerse themselves in a beach sanctuary for both year-round living and seasonal retreats,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors. “The property’s location is close enough to the best dining, shops and entertainment, but removed enough to provide a desired level of coastal tranquility.”
