A law firm has nearly tripled its footprint in downtown Hackensack, where it now leases more than 8,000 square feet under a deal with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
According to the landlord, the move by Offit Kurman PA comes just months after it opened its 2,895-square-foot office at Court Plaza. It now occupies 8,234 square feet at Court Plaza North, at 21 Main St., as it looks to meet the needs of its expanding book of business.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Stephen Jennings and Leasing and Marketing Manager Carolina Gutierrez represented the firm in-house. Cresa’s Dennis Gralla and Abehouse Partners’ Lynn Abehouse represented Offit Kurman.
“Throughout its history, Court Plaza has garnered a reputation as a premier home base for professional service organizations as they benefit from the proximity to a growing list of prospective clients in the area,” Jennings said. “We’re thrilled to see Offit Kurman expand their footprint at Court Plaza and wish them continued success.”
In announcing the deal, Sanzari noted that Offit Kurman is one of the country’s fastest-growing full-service law firms, with offices in eight states and Washington, D.C. Its space in Hackensack is directly across from the Bergen County Courthouse and Administrative Complex, part of a three-building, 335,000-square-foot complex that is home to a host of professional services firms.
Tenants at the property have covered parking and easy access to Interstate 80, routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway. Amenities include a full-service cafeteria, a modern fitness facility, a large common conference room, an on-site bank and dry-cleaning services.
