A veteran broker with Fennelly Associates has joined the ranks of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, the Hamilton-based firm announced Wednesday.
Patrick Dintrone, who specializes in the industrial, office and medical markets, earns the designation after joining the brokerage in 2011. He’s now among 3,700 SIOR designees in 45 countries, Fennelly said, citing his experience in closing deals, professionalism and other elements needed to complete the stringent education requirements.
Dintrone also joins Fennelly Associates President Jerry Fennelly as a member of the association.
“Earning the SIOR designation represents a significant moment in an individual’s commercial real estate career,” Fennelly said. “It signifies that a person is truly committed to their craft and is ready to stand alongside some of the most respected and accomplished professionals in the commercial real estate industry. We’re so proud of all that Patrick has already accomplished in his career and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for his bright future ahead.”
In a news release, the firm noted that Dintrone started as an intern and worked closely with its sales team until obtaining his own real estate license in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2012. He has closed 400 transactions since 2011, including complex deals such as the $40.25 million sale last year of a vacant 60-acre manufacturing site at 85 Main St. in Spotswood, where Rockefeller Group is now building a 654,640-square-foot logistics facility.
Fennelly also pointed to Dintrone’s role in the $5.6 million sale of a 57,000-square-foot flex building at 68 Culver Road in Monmouth Junction and the trade of a 47,000-square-foot medical lab and office property at 313 Enterprise Drive in Plainsboro to Metrohm USA Inc.
“While it’s taken considerable time and effort throughout my career to get to this point, I’m thrilled to have added the SIOR designation next to my name,” Dintrone said. “I want to thank the Fennelly Associates team for their continued support over the last decade and am excited to continue to develop creative and strategic real estate solutions to drive results on behalf of our clients.”
