Lee & Associates New Jersey is marketing two medical office buildings: one in North and another in South Jersey. Both are similarly situated on larger health care system campuses.
Vice President Erica Davidson is heading the exclusive agency for 200 Williamson St. in Elizabeth as well as 6 Earlin Ave. in Browns Mill on behalf of property owner Landmark Healthcare Facilities LLC.
Beyond shared convenience due to accessibility, the properties’ placement within larger health care settings presents additional opportunity for future tenants.

Located on the Trinitas Regional Medical Center campus, 200 Williamson St. is a new, 46,200-square-foot Class A building.
Lee & Associates NJ is marketing availabilities up to 4,200 square feet.
The firm pointed to its location, offering excellent visibility and connectivity to major highways, public transportation and Newark airport.
Current tenants include: primary care and internal medicine, a women’s center, a pediatric center and a dialysis clinic.
Browns Mills
Housed on the Deborah Heart & Lung Center campus, 6 Earlin Ave. is a 61,500-square-foot mixed-use building with ample patient parking.
The Class A property has availabilities ranging from 1,000 square feet to 8,287 square feet, Lee & Associates NJ said.
Co-tenants include an ambulatory surgery center, retail pharmacy, outpatient diagnostic imaging center, ophthalmology clinic, sleep center, women’s center and urgent care clinic.
Both properties offer a generous tenant improvement allowance and professional ownership as well as management, according to Davidson.
Tenants also receive an ownership interest in the respective buildings at no cost, she added.
