A 3,659-square-foot location in Freehold’s Fairfield Industrial Park has been leased by Manalapan-based Holland Marble. The deal was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Assistant Vice President Matthew Leonelli, with the tenant represented by Michael Desero of Starker Commercial Realty.
The space will serve as a fabrication shop for Holland Marble, which uses granite and other materials to create, deliver and install kitchen and bathroom countertops.
Sheldon Gross Realty represented the ownership of Fairfield Industrial Park — which is comprised of nine buildings totaling a combined 165,000 square feet — in nearly 40 distinct transactions.
“It’s not an accident that so many businesses want to locate in this industrial park,” Leonelli said. “The facilities are excellent, and being on Route 33 in Freehold means you’re near just about everything. It’s a quick, five-mile drive to the Garden State Parkway, and you can reach the New Jersey Turnpike in less than half an hour. And from either of those roadways, you can go anywhere.”
