Growing cloud, data backup provider takes 11,000 sq. ft. in Lincoln Park, Equity says – Real Estate NJ

A cloud computing and data backup firm has leased 11,000 square feet of flex space in Lincoln Park, in a newly announced deal by Equity Real Estate Brokerage LLC.

The tenant, HACS Corp., is relocating to 170 Beaver Brook Road after outgrowing its space in Wayne, according to Equity’s Steven Muller. The firm also “needed more of a flex space

with better loading,” which it found at the Lincoln Park property about a mile north of Route 202, having also started a new company as part of its expansion.

Muller represented HACS in the five-year commitment, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Stephen Sander represented ownership.
