A kitchen and bathroom countertop company has leased nearly 3,700 square feet of industrial space in Freehold, brokers with Sheldon Gross Realty announced last week.
The occupier, Holland Marble, will use the space at 920 Route 33 as a fabrication shop for a Manalapan-based business that uses granite and other products to create, deliver and install its products. It’s among the latest additions to the Fairfield Industrial Park, which spans nine buildings with a combined 165,000 square feet.
Sheldon Gross Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Assistant Vice President Matthew Leonelli represented ownership in the 3,659-square-foot deal, while Michael Desero of Starker Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
“It’s not an accident that so many businesses want to locate in this industrial park,” Leonelli said. “The facilities are excellent, and being on Route 33 in Freehold means you’re near just about everything. It’s a quick, five-mile drive to the Garden State Parkway, and you can reach the New Jersey Turnpike in less than half an hour. And from either of those roadways, you can go anywhere.”
