Frey Engineering, a Lebanon-based environmental engineering and consulting firm, is under new ownership after joining forces with Liberty Environmental Inc.
Based in Reading, Pennsylvania, Liberty Environmental said the acquisition will serve the ongoing expansion of its service areas, its workforce and its technical capabilities. The move will also augment its ability to serve clients in New Jersey and the New York City metropolitan area, while bolstering its platform with Frey’s expertise in remedial assessment, remedial design and construction oversight, particularly on large-scale Superfund cleanup projects and landfill closures.
“We are pleased to welcome Frey Engineering to Liberty Environmental,” said Jim Cinelli, president of Liberty Environmental. “Their expertise in civil and environmental engineering and consulting is a perfect fit with our existing capabilities and will allow us to provide even more comprehensive services to our clients.”
Among those joining Liberty is Frey Engineering’s founder and principal, Leo Frey.
“We are excited to join the Liberty Environmental team,” Frey said. “Our combined resources, expertise and experience will enable us to better serve our clients and take on a wider variety of environmental projects.”
