Petrucci, FedEx sign 100,000 sq. ft. renewal for last-mile facility in Hamilton – Real Estate NJ

FedEx has signed a lease renewal for its last-mile distribution facility in Hamilton, where it occupies 100,000 square feet under a deal with J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc.

According to the landlord, the shipping giant has been a tenant at 21 Thomas J. Rhodes Industrial Drive for the past 15 years. Petrucci announced the renewal last week, citing the building’s proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295 and its ability to access the greater Philadelphia and New York City markets.

The facility also has modern features and amenities that cater to the needs of FedEx’s last-mile distribution operations, including additional parking, Petrucci said. Jason Crimmins of The Blau & Berg Co. represented FedEx Corp.
