An indoor pickleball club has taken 20,000 square feet at a newly completed industrial building in Hillsborough, according to a brokerage team with Zimmel Associates.
In a news release, the firm said The Pickle Jar will use the space at 315 Roycefield Road to operate eight climate-controlled courts, each individually enclosed and equipped with modern technology. Complementing those features are a players’ lounge and a pro shop, ensuring an immersive recreational experience.
Zimmel Associates Vice President Jason Zimmel brokered the 10-year, long-term lease agreement, which fills more than a third of the 54,600-square-foot building. He noted that the tenant is a recently established indoor pickleball club.
“The Pickle Jar’s decision to choose this space is a testament to its standout attributes,” Zimmel said. “With a generous ceiling height of 24 feet, an optimal bay area and a thoughtfully designed layout, this property perfectly aligns with their needs.”
