Premier Development has launched sales at a new residential community in Readington, offering a collection of 39 luxury homes with prices starting in the $900,000 range.
Located in the township’s Whitehouse section, the development at 115 Old Highway 28 has floorplans ranging from 2,700 to 3,900 square feet, according to a news release. The builder hopes to attract residents with the upscale product and all that Hunterdon County has to offer, including a location between Philadelphia and New York City and its blend of rural landscapes and burgeoning downtowns.
Appel Design Group PA Architects designed what’s known as Readington Meadow, which has four- and five-bedroom homes with up to five bathrooms.
“Readington Meadow offers homebuyers the opportunity to purchase a new-construction home in beautiful Hunterdon County,” said Michael Kaplan, Premier Development’s operations director. “Each residence is meticulously crafted to deliver an exceptional living experience and incorporates a host of standard features that typically are considered upgrades at other communities.”
All homes at Readington Meadow have open floor plans, light-filled kitchens and bathrooms, gas fireplaces, two-car garages and full unfinished basements, the news release said. The dwellings are also Energy Star-certified and prepped for electric vehicle charging.
Residents will be just north of Route 22 and minutes from Interstate 78.
“We designed Readington Meadow with the needs and lifestyles of today’s modern families in mind,” said Andy Nowack, a builder with Premier Development. “These homes blend comfort, aesthetics and luxury with ample space for relaxation, productivity and storage. What’s more, homeowners benefit from a tranquil country setting that’s convenient to everything central New Jersey has to offer.”
