Rutgers Center for Real Estate adds Dynamic as corporate sponsor – Real Estate NJ

The Rutgers Center for Real Estate has welcomed Dynamic Engineering Consultants PC as its newest corporate sponsor.

Based in Lake Como, Dynamic works throughout the U.S. and has been involved with the center’s advisory board since 2016. It now joins the list of partners that provide funds and support to the students and to the program, in part by participating in mentoring and aiding in the creation of the courses that best prepare students for employment.

“Dynamic Engineering is a firm focused on helping to ensure that students studying real estate are prepared to join the workforce,” said Morris A. Davis, the Paul V. Profeta chair of real estate and academic director for the Rutgers Center for Real Estate. “We are gratified to be cooperating with such a committed firm and look forward to this engagement and the benefits to our students.”

Support from the industry has been vital to the center. That began in early 2013 when Paul V. Profeta, the owner and president of Paul V. Profeta and Associates Inc. and the publisher of Real Estate NJ, donated $1.5 million to establish a chair in the field. The program has since recruited a host of industry leaders in New Jersey to help set the academic course, share their real-world experiences and provide students with networking and job opportunities.

To that end, Dynamic will also contribute by hiring students in the real estate program as interns, giving them actual work experience, according to a news release. That figures to expose them to business units that also include Dynamic Earth, Dynamic Survey and Dynamic Traffic.

The firm has offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida and Texas.

“We are looking forward to enhancing our relationship with the Center for Real Estate and the students in the real estate program,” said Brett Skapinetz, a director at Dynamic and advisory board member for the center since its inception. “We anticipate that our professionals will mentor some of the students and we will have an opportunity to offer internships to those in the field.”
