Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has named NAI James E. Hanson as the leasing agent for its three-building, 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza office complex in downtown Hackensack.
The property, which includes 19, 21 and 25 Main St., is home to a host of professional services firms that benefit from its proximity to Hackensack University Medical Center, South Hackensack’s industrial buildings and the Bergen County Courthouse and administrative complex. It’s also minutes from Interstate 80, routes 4, 17, and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway, which NAI Hanson will pitch to prospective tenants as part of its leasing campaign.
Sanzari developed Court Plaza and maintains its headquarters at the campus.
“Court Plaza’s unmatched location, wide range of amenities and walkability to all that downtown Hackensack has to offer is further enhanced by management from one of New Jersey’s most respected commercial real estate owners,” NAI Hanson’s Andrew Somple said. “This combination creates an unmatched tenant experience for today’s businesses, and we are excited to showcase the many advantages of Court Plaza.”
Somple and colleagues Jonathan Kristofich and Jessica Curry will oversee the leasing assignment along with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Vice President and Director Jerry Barta and Leasing and Marketing Manager Carolina Gutierrez. In a news release, they noted that Court Plaza is also within walking distance of NJ Transit’s Essex Street train station and the Hackensack Bus Depot, as well as the downtown’s shops and restaurants.
Additionally, it has a full-service cafeteria, a fully equipped fitness facility, a common conference room for large meetings or training sessions, an on-site bank and dry-cleaning services and 100 percent covered parking.
“NAI James E. Hanson’s decades-long history in Hackensack closely mirrors our own,” Gutierrez said. “We are confident that their experience-backed local market knowledge will be a tremendous asset in helping us bring new tenants to Court Plaza.”
