A shopping center in Fairfield is fully leased after a new 1,500-square-foot commitment by a smoothie and juice bar, under a deal arranged by Azarian Realty Co.
The tenant, Mr. Juice, joins a roster at 397 Route 46 that includes a mix of sit-down and quick-service restaurants, offices and service retailers, according to a news release. Walgreens anchors the 40,000-square-foot property, for which Azarian serves as the leasing agent.
The firm’s Kevin Pelio represented both parties in the deal.
