TFE adds 22,000 sq. ft. office, medical building in East Brunswick – Real Estate NJ

TFE Properties LLC has acquired a nearly 22,000-square-foot commercial and medical office building off Route 18 in East Brunswick, the firm announced.

The company said the two-story property, 465 Cranbury Road, sits on a 1.53-acre lot with parking and elevator service. It also cited its location near institutions such as Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, which is about seven miles away, and major highways such as Route 18 and New Jersey Turnpike.

East Windsor-based TFE purchased the 21,758-square-foot structure from an undisclosed buyer.

“This building is located on the heart of Cranbury Road, which we’ve come to learn is the ‘medical and services corridor’ of East Brunswick, one of the strongest medical corridors in the state,” said Carey Tajfel, TFE’s president. “We’re excited to add another quality East Brunswick property to our growing portfolio.”
