Tulfra Real Estate has opened the doors to its new upscale apartment building in Rochelle Park, where renters have already snapped up 50 percent of the property’s 160 units.
The firm said the complex, The Delford at Village Center, has benefited from its location adjacent to Westfield Garden State Plaza. That’s helped draw significant early traffic to the collection of one- and two-bedroom homes at 120 West Passaic St., which boasts amenities such as a resident lounge, a modern fitness center and outdoor grilling and dining areas.
“We are so proud to have arrived at this moment,” said Sonny Jumani, Tulfra’s CEO and president. “We have no doubt that The Delford, with its focus on luxury living and its spectacular location, is sure to set a new standard for luxury living in Bergen County.”
With its official opening slated for March 1, The Delford has 11 floorplans available with two-bed, two-bath units as large as 1,264 square feet, according to a news release. Tulfra added that two-bedroom dwellings have private balconies, while every unit has upscale finishes and appliances.
Meantime, the building’s lounge has two fireplaces, flat-screen TVs, coworking space and a generous lounging area that leads to the outdoor deck.
“The Delford embodies the concept we call ‘INside of Living,’ where functionality, comfort and style come together,” said Marcus Lee, an asset manager with Tulfra Real Estate. “We left no detail untouched inside and out, with luxury and quality imbued at every turn. Not to mention the fact that we’re steps away from the Garden State Plaza, which offers world-class dining, shopping, entertainment and a supermarket right down the road.”
Residents have quick access to routes 4 and 17, Interstate 80 and the Garden State Parkway, Tulfra said, adding that they’re a two-minute walk from a bus stop connecting New Jersey residents to New York City.
According to Lee, units are going fast, with many leased months before the building formally opened its doors.
“We owe this success to the hard work of our leasing and management company, The Bozzuto Group, and to our advertising and marketing firm, Results Advertising,” he said.
