Commercial real estate brokerage firm NAI Global has recognized Scott Mertz, Jonathan Klear and Fred Meyer of NAI Mertz as top producers for the organization.
In a news release, Mount Laurel-based NAI Mertz noted that the award honors individuals who are handling the highest volume of business within the NAI network. Mertz, Klear and Meyer are all repeat recipients of the accolade, the firm said, offering praise for each.
“This award represents outstanding performance within the organization,” said Jay Olshonsky, CEO and president of NAI Global, citing each broker’s “dedication and commitment to service excellence.”
“It underscores the power of NAI Global in building business and showcases the deep local roots and expertise of our professionals.”
On Mertz, the firm’s president, NAI Mertz Chief Operating Officer and Executive Managing Director Bobbi Jean Formosa added: “Scott has consistently ranked in the top five for nearly two decades and is generally ranked number 1 or 2 among a field of nearly 6,000 commercial real estate professionals. Scott’s commitment to his clients, incredibly vast and deep market knowledge and unique ability to put people together that result in transactions is an incredible asset. We are proud of Scott for his many accomplishments including being named to the elite class (Top 3) of Global Top Producer for 2023.”
On Klear, a senior vice president, Formosa said, “Jon has qualified as a Global Top Producer for multiple years as a direct result of his drive, persistence, tenacity and creativity which have resulted in increasing deal volume year over year. Jon’s intellect, industry knowledge and persuasive style are incredible assets. Jon’s growth and accomplishments are impressive, and we are proud to have him named to the Top 25 class of Global Top Producers for 2023.”
On Meyer, executive vice president for corporate services, Formosa said: “Fred has qualified as a Global Top Producer for multiple years. Fred is not only individually successful but serves as a mentor and coach to many. He has a unique ability to assemble a team around an opportunity and realize results.
