A medical office building in Kearny has welcomed three new tenants after a set of leases totaling more than 9,400 square feet, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced Tuesday.
The largest among them, Pulse Vascular LLC, will occupy 4,344 square feet at 206 Bergen Ave. under the transaction with 206 Bergen Avenue LLC. Meantime, Cranial Technologies Inc. and IME Plus LLC have leased 3,571 and 1,500 square feet, respectively.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented ownership in each deal, noting that 206 Bergen Ave. is a 122,205-square-foot former surgical center that’s now home to multiple health care users. Tenants at the recently upgraded, four-story building are minutes from Route 21, Interstate 280 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
“Health care tenants continue to be in the market for well maintained and strategically located properties near large population centers,” Lizzack said. “206 Bergen Avenue’s history as a trusted source of health care services for the Kearny community, combined with its accessibility via both personal and public transportation, make it a highly desirable location. We’re proud to have provided the services needed to secure value on our client’s behalf and bring additional health care services to the community.”
