A private investor has sold a nearly 8,600-square-foot office building in the Atlantic County town of Hammonton, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced last week.
In a news release, the team said it represented the seller in the transaction at 11 South 3rd St. The firm’s Ken Richardson and Emily Stein completed the deal, the terms of which were not disclosed.
“We are delighted to have represented the seller in this successful investment sale,” said Richardson, a vice president at Marlton-based Vantage Commercial. “This accomplishment not only showcases our deep-rooted expertise in the real estate market but also reflects the trust and confidence our clients have in us.”
According to LoopNet, the 8,598-square-foot building was built in 1980 and sits on roughly a third of an acre. The listing also said the property has 25 parking spaces.
“We are thrilled to have delivered once again for our client,” said Stein, a managing director with the firm. “Our team initially secured the leasing of the entire +/- 8,000-square-foot building prior to its sale.”
