A new car wash is coming to Voorhees after the sale of a nearly two-acre parcel on Route 73, in a newly announced deal by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The buyer, Boing US Holdco Inc., paid $1.15 million for the site just north of Dutchtown Road, about a half-mile from Virtua Voorhees Hospital. It’s now slated to become a new location for Take 5, a car wash with stay-in-your-car service, which required local approvals.
Rose Commercial Real Estate President Adam Rose represented Medical Properties Route 73 LLC, the seller in the deal at 121 Route 73. Kevin Healey of Tri State Commercial represented the buyer.
