Woodmont Properties and Canoe Brook Development have broken ground on a project that will bring 199 new luxury rental homes to the Morris County township of Randolph.
The firms on Monday said the property, Wood Brook at Randolph, will include a four-story building with 97 apartments and seven two-story, townhome-style buildings with the remaining 102 units. Construction is now underway at the site at 134 Dover Chester Road, just south of Route 10 and roughly an hour from Manhattan.
“With its central location, proximity to New York City and wealth of lifestyle offerings, Morris County remains one of New Jersey’s most desirable markets for suburban living,” said Stephen Santola, Woodmont’s executive vice president and general counsel. “We’re excited to begin construction of Wood Brook at Randolph, the third residential project with our esteemed partner Canoe Brook Development. We look forward to bringing our vision to life and contributing to the growth of the Randolph community.”
In a news release, the developers said Wood Brook at Randolph will have one- and two-bedroom floorplans, with some including a loft, den and/or vaulted ceilings. Each unit will have luxury design elements, finishes and appliances, along with private patios or balconies and electronic keyless entry systems.
The firms added that built-in garages are included with select townhome-style units, while detached garages are available for rent. Residents will have access to a central amenity building with coworking space, a fitness center and yoga room, a media lounge and a clubroom with a sports simulator and billiards lounge.
“Wood Brook at Randolph will provide residents with the ultimate luxury living experience at every level — from its thoughtfully curated amenities to its upscale design and finishes — all set against a stunning landscape as its backdrop,” said Jack Tycher, a partner at Canoe Brook. “We look forward to welcoming residents upon the project’s completion in 2026.”
Woodmont and Canoe Brook added that Randolph, which spans 21 square miles, boasts a sweeping park system that caters to residents of all ages with an abundance of recreational facilities and activities.
