The owners of a renovated office building in Collingswood are welcoming 10 new tenants, following a series of deals arranged by Vantage Commercial.
According to the brokerage team, the leases at 900 Haddon Ave. range from small executive suites for locally owned businesses to larger commitments by national tenants. The updated property also includes a new coworking space known as Colls Suites, which occupies a portion of the third floor and provides private, fully furnished offices and amenities such as a kitchenette, a lounge, high speed WiFi and a conference room.
Vantage Commercial Managing Director and Director of Healthcare Services Emily Stein, Senior Adviser Vince Ceroli and Sales Associate John Doss make up the leasing team on behalf of Eyal Reggev and Roy Raiter, who acquired the building in 2022. They subsequently completed a major overhaul that included updated common areas and restrooms, new windows and a modern lobby with high-end finishes, capitalizing on a location adjacent to the PATCO Speedline and near restaurants and cafes.
The brokers added that ownership has started construction on a second phase of Colls Suites, which will add 12 to 15 private offices for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
